Meet Danica Levesque
Hey there!
I’m Danica Levesque, Strategist in Residence at reGEN Impact Media, where we’re not just imagining a better future; we’re designing the pathways to get there.
With a background at the intersection of operations, people, and purpose, I’ve spent my career helping organizations grow in sustainable, impactful ways. Most recently, I served as President of Gemstone Logistics, where I led our software division and guided cross-functional teams through meaningful change.
My approach is grounded in clear strategy, deep trust, and always an openness to evolve.
As the founder of Larch Legacy, I support leaders and organizations through transformation rooted in play, presence, and the power of asking better questions. That same spirit fuels my work at reGEN, where I serve as a bridge between vision and execution; translating big ideas into actionable strategies that honor both innovation and impact.
I’m guiding the development of the reGEN StoryHUB and Media Journeys by aligning visionary intent with technical execution, overseeing the tech team, conducting research, shaping product-market fit, and ensuring that our platform reflects the heart of what reGEN stands for.
One of my superpowers is creating a common language across diverse teams; helping dreamers, doers, creatives, and coders come together with shared clarity and purpose. That cohesion drives momentum and allows us to build something that resonates deeply, both functionally and emotionally.
I’m also the co-founder of Ninja Scoopz, a glamourous poop scoop business that celebrates my love for dogs, nature, and entrepreneurship. It’s a reminder that play belongs in all things, and through this joyful venture, I get to give time back to busy families while staying grounded in the kind of hands-on work that keeps me connected to what really matters.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of five in a beautifully blended family with the love of my life. You’ll often find me on a forest trail, where I’m reminded that real transformation, like a good hike, is about staying grounded while being willing to climb. It’s where I do my best thinking, reset my perspective, and reconnect with why this work matters.
At reGEN, I’m walking alongside a team that believes in designing with intention, listening with empathy, and building a future we actually want to live in; one where transformation is by design, not by chance.
