The table-talk conversation
A huge part of the PowHERlunch value is creating the intentional space for positive and proactive conversation to spark the 'next right step' for those in the room. Our framework September 25th table-talks is:
- Introduce yourself to your table with your 3 identity descriptors. Watch this video for guidance(opens in new tab).
- Answer: I am a woman (however you personally identify) who…. X3. Answer it three times.
- Describe the Integrity Gap you are currently working to close in your life (30 seconds).
- Invite guests at your table to provide specific input, ideas, feedback, support to help close your integrity gap.
- Each guest responds with a clear 30-second idea, specific solution, referral or recommendation.
- One (1) note-taker at each table please.
