Revolutionary Woman Global: Weaving a Future Where We All Thrive
Revolutionary Woman Global (RWG) is more than just an organization—it’s a movement.
A global convenor of women leaders, change agents, entrepreneurs, and visionaries, RWG is dedicated to shaping a future where everyone thrives.

For over two decades, RWG has pioneered new ways for women to bring their Best Work* into the world through social entrepreneurship, transformational education and the power of circle practice.
* At RWG we first discovered and adopted the term ‘Best Work’ when we discovered the work of Charlie Gilkey from Productive Flourishing.
Your ‘Best Work’ is something that ONLY YOU CAN DO. Why? Because only you have the unique life experiences, expertise, skills and perspectives to do it. No other human will ever be YOU. YOU cannot be replaced and neither can your BEST WORK.
If you don’t do it, we all miss out, including you.
At its core, RWG believes real change happens in community, not in isolation. When women gather in circles of unwavering support—beyond political, economic, and resource barriers—extraordinary possibilities emerge.
“We gather for the highest expression of our work to unfold at this important time in our lives and leadership.” Morna MacGillivray, Founder RWG
Their mission is clear: To create radical boundaries around what’s most important to women in their lives and leadership, by surrounding them with fierce & unwavering support (warrior styles), education and training, resources and power, and the unwavering sisterhood they (and their ideas!) need to thrive.
RWG delivers this mission through its growing online platform, Revolutionary Circle, a space where women can connect, grow, learn and lead together from anywhere on the planet.
RWG isn’t just another online community—it’s an intentional alternative to social media. Social media has hijacked the concept of community (and our nervous systems), leaving many women feeling isolated and unseen. Instead of endless scrolling and algorithm-driven distractions, RWG fosters REAL connection and belonging.
“We often talk about ‘working in the eye of the storm’ because that’s where we meet at RWG and there we find ourselves, we find clarity, connection and confidence and that’s rich ground to create from.” Morna
As RWG Founder Morna MacGillivray shares, community isn’t just a nice-to-have—it’s essential for transformation.
“We’re drawing on two decades of experience working with some of the most impactful communities on the planet and leading 1000s of in person and virtual circle gatherings to build an intentional global community of belonging.
“Belonging has a structure and we’re wired for it. We’re wired to gather in circles with each other, to sense-make together, and to thrive in these spaces. But largely, we’ve forgotten what we know.”
RWG is intentionally restoring and reimagining our deep ancestral knowledge of community and belonging.
The 4-Square: A Global Tool for Change
One of RWG’s most powerful innovations is The 4-Square, a proprietary tool developed through years of virtual and in person circle work with thousands of women changemakers worldwide.
“The 4-Square creates a common language across our diverse global community —one that creates a map and a scaffold to the future we’re here to create. ”
RWG recognizes that we live in an era of constant distraction and increasing complexity where traditional ways of planning and creating no longer work. The 4-Square codifies the essential ingredients of transformation providing a collective navigation tool to bring our ideas to life in ways in which we can thrive in the process—whether that means launching a movement, writing a book, or starting a business
